Shipping & Live Arrival Policy

1. Live Fish Shipping & Guarantee

At Aqua Street, animal welfare is our highest priority. All live ornamental fish undergo strict health quarantine, preventive conditioning, and feed training before dispatch.

• Pure Oxygen Packing: Live fish are packed in triple-layer leak-proof plastic bags infused with 100% medical-grade pure oxygen.
• Thermocol Box Insulation: Shipped in heavy-duty molded thermocol boxes that protect against extreme ambient heat and cold.
• Live Arrival Guarantee (D.O.A. Policy): We guarantee live arrival on all live fish shipments dispatched via our approved express courier or airport-to-airport cargo channels. In the rare event of a Dead-on-Arrival (D.O.A.), clear photos/unboxing videos of the unopened bag must be shared on our WhatsApp number within 2 hours of package delivery.

2. Aquatic Plants Dispatch

Tissue culture cups (TC cups) and potted plants are packed with optimal moisture seals. We dispatch live plants on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to prevent weekend courier transit delays.

3. Aquarium Hardware & Fragile Glassware

Canister filters, LED lighting systems, heaters, and glassware test kits are wrapped in bubble cushioning and reinforced corrugated boxes. Tracking numbers are shared via WhatsApp upon dispatch.

4. Dispatch Timeframes

- Standard hardware products: Dispatched within 24–48 hours.
- Live ornamental fish: Dispatched after 24-hour fasting/conditioning.
